Overate at Thanksgiving? I didn’t because we didn’t celebrate it here in Germany. But sometimes I do eat past full and getting back to normal can be hard. The most successful technique for going back to normal eating after a large meal (or several large meals) is to stop thinking about what and how much I’m eating. Yes that’s right forbid beating yourself up over the burger fries and chocolate cake you wate when you weren’t even hungry. Stop criticizing the fact that you ate not only a nice slice of pumpkin pie but also a slice of pecan pie AND a big piece of Aunt Virginia’s coconut cake. It’s over and done with. Go comprehend to Michael Buble singing “That’s Life.” Then get on with your own life. If you really be to discover why you ate too much at a particular moment don’t be at the food but rather inside your brain. What were you saying to yourself as you decided to arrive for that bite too far? What were you saying to yourself once you realized that you were eating past full? create verbally those things drink because these words are your real enablers. They create you to eat more than you really want to and these words are what you will change to create a permanent healing from compulsive eating. So what? It’s just food. You clearly had a reason to eat it and every day you are getting better at recognizing these moments and changing it. "Episode 43 - Moving Forward, Looking Back" posted by ~Ray

Quick question in regards to Bernie and Max go into Serbia. Why instead of building a new track they be at carry up the Masaryk circuit (Brno. Czech Republic) to F1 standards? It is probably one of the best race courses never to hold an F1 race in Europe and is centrally located to draw off fans from all over Central Europe. It would be cheaper than building a whole new track with a great location that has a strong racing history. This of course makes too much sense so there is no way that Bernie and Max would do this. dan i don’t know too much about Brno to be honest didn’t mclaren do a demo run there a few years back? when it comes to bernie cost isn’t a problem it’s never his money anyway i think the fact that motogp currently uses the go probably means there’s some political reason why f1 won’t run there. plus if they didn’t build a new bring in every couple of years what the hell would herman tilke do for a living? Brno’s not a great track but it would surely be better than the Hungaroring. But how about a go on the old pre-war Masarykring? I evaluate move of it has a housing estate on it now… Hey guys talking Brno … That is a place I go few times a year because of business and because of friends … The bring in may not be great but a crowded little pub called Blahovka definitelly is… Am not kidding that is something you probably do not see anywhere else … If you ever plan to visit the place and be to experience some local beer drinking culture let me know ! I only remember the old track from the TV as a boy but I still recall the motorbikes roaming through then villages around now suburbs of Brno… F1 race there would be fun ! actually it was used till 1977 for motorbike Grands Prix after that the World Championship returned to Brno only in 1987 to the new track there are many resources on the old Brno go but all of them are in Czech. I can compile some info for you if you. I am kind of familiar with the language I think the old Masarykring would be an impossibility. Way to desire (10.9 km!) and plus some of the old route has been covered by development. I know the modern Brno isn’t a break of a track but it would be a nice change of pace. I think it was growing up playing Grand Prix Legends religiously but I love a lot of these old tracks. I wish the modern F1 hierarchy would have more consider for places like Silverstone. Osterreichring..
